Happy Resurrection Day!

We've seen enough of this!!

And this...

And this...

Looking forward to these days again.

The Pacific Northwest is beautiful in large part due to the amount of rainfall we have each year, but I'm looking forward to seeing old Mr. Sun a lot more.

Easter Sunday is suppose to be beautiful and not rainy which will make my day even better.

As Luke 19:10 and John 3:17 tell me that Jesus came into this world to seek and save the lost I am both excited and encouraged by the celebration of His Resurrection.

May you all be blessed during this season of Christ's Death and Resurrection.

  1. HELLO Nannette,

  2. I am so glad you stopped by. Please excuse my reply here. When my outlook crashed a year ago I lost all my addresses. It was good to hear a little update from you. I was hoping your mom is still well. Our cherry tree normally doesn't bloom until around the 18th of April. We had an unusual warm spell in February where it reached 85 here for nearly three weeks in a row. That caused everything to bloom much earlier than normal. My son was disappointed. The cherry blossoms always reach peak for his birthday and we have come to call that tree Aedan's tree. But it is beautiful no matter when and it was a treat to have it as a back drop for our Easter celebration.

    Love that top photo.

    Hugs,

    kat

  4. Hi Nannette,

I just wanted to let you know that I decided to delete my blog...for the time being, I have to quite blogging. My children need my full attention, and I don’t want blogging to get in my, or their, way. I have taken away their Nintendo DS’s, iPod, laptop, and cellphones for the rest of the school year so that they can focus clearly on preparing for their end of the year testing. So, I thought that it was only fair that I also stay off the computer until then, to set a good example for them.

I actually deleted my blog so that I would not be tempted to post. Extreme, it may seem, but necessary. ☺ I might start a new blog this summer.

    Until then,
    ♥Hope
